When are you open?
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm.
What if I can not collect or drop off during your opening hours?
We are more than happy to accommodate a time that suit our customers for their convenience, as it is no trouble to us.
Do you offer same day service?
Yes!
Can you cope with company fleets, vans and cars?
Yes, we already have many fleets o our books, ranging from 3 up to 30. Please call on 020 8887 0831 to speak to one of our Customer Service advisors, or call Mario on 07956 279 836.
Can you supply and fit low profile allow wheel tyres?
Of course, our brand new machinery can deal with any size wheel and any profile tyre and balance and align vehicles. We also can boast the cheapest prices on these type of tyres.
Do we have to book in a MOT?
We prefer a booking but can always book you in at your convenient time to suite you at short notice. Because we have 2 MOT bays & 4 MOT testers.
I own a BMW and my engine management light is on, can you help me or do I have to take it to a main dealer?
We can help because we have the most up to date diagnostic computer that can scan and diagnose any faults on all makes and model cars, and will only cost you half the price of a main dealer.
My car is not running well, but can't afford a full service at the moment, can you help me?
We at Universal Motors completely understand i this day and age that costs are spiraling out of control and we are more than happy to taylor make our jobs for our customers vehicles to meet their budget or to carry out essential work only to provide the flexibility you require.
